GIGI ANNE M. LAPIRA

She is responsible for its overall operations and general business initiatives. Backed with solid experience in management and sales and marketing, she competently leads the company’s business in strengthening the product’s market entry towards the local market. Ms. Lapira has more than 15 years of experience in the Philippine construction industry with more than half of this period devoted to top management responsibilities.
She is the former President of Hunter Douglas Philippines, the world leader in architectural building products and window fashions whose global manufacturing headquarters is based in the Netherlands and United States. She is also the former Vice President for Sales and Marketing of Rapid forming Corporation, a leading structural steel fabricator. She was also the National Project Sales Manager of James Hardie Philippines. She also handled various key positions in Puyat Steel Corporation, a leading galvanizing and color coating steel company such as Corporate Planning Officer, Marketing Manager, and Industrial Division Manager.
She graduated from the University of the Philippines, Diliman Quezon City with a degree in Business Administration. She got her Master’s in Business Administration degree at the Ateneo De Manila Graduate School of Business. Currently, she is also the Chief Executive Officer of Asiana Global Properties Inc, a property developer and brokerage company, and Executive Vice President of Botanica Health and Wellness Marketing Inc, supplier and distributor of organic health drinks to the Philippine market.
DR. GENESIS P. LAPIRA

Currently the Corporate Treasurer, He is in charge of responsible for the timely availability of funds when needed for the support of the business. A doctor of education management, Dr. Lapira has spent more than 20 years as an academic and school administrator. He doubles up in organizational management and administration. He is also the current President of Botanica Health and Wellness Inc and a part-owner of the Kotse Network Car Dealership consortium.
He graduated from New Era University with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Education, a Master’s degree, and a Doctoral degree in Education Management.
ANNA DOMINIQUE M. LAPIRA
Director for Technical Support & Operations
Currently the Corporate Secretary of the company, her key responsibility is to ensure that Board members have the proper advice and resources for discharging their fiduciary duties to shareholders under state law.
She is likewise responsible for ensuring that the records of the Board’s actions reflect the proper exercise of those fiduciary duties. Ms. Nikki graduated from the University of the Philippines Diliman with a degree in Bachelor of Science in
Architecture, Cum Laude.
